These gingerbread flavoured energy bites make a delicious and healthy snack for kids, perfect for the festive period! They’re so easy to make and require no cooking or baking.
Ingredients:
- 100g oats
- 100g peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 10g chocolate chips
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well with a spoon.
- Roll into 12 balls.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle the chocolate on top of the bites.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
- These bites will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for 1 month.
