This is a great way to introduce the new flavour and taste of curry to fussy eaters. Instead of the curry being all mixed up I’ve served it separately so that kids that try a little taste without it being overwhelming.
I used nuggets (these are Quorn but chicken nuggets will work too) and also cooked some boiled white rice.
I made the curry sauce from this packet mix. I added 2 tablespoons to a jug with 150ml of water and cooked in the microwave until thickened.
I served it all up with some chopped fruit and veg and it went down an absolute treat with the kids! Encourage them to dip the nugget into the sauce and try the flavour of the curry. They can also add it to the rice and eat it that way.
