This is a really fun way to serve meatballs to kids who prefer finger food and it’s also makes a brilliant meal for warm summer evenings.
I used mini meatballs which you can buy in most supermarkets and fried them for about 10-12 mins on a low heat. You can also bake them. Leave them to cool for a few minutes after cooking, preferably on some kitchen paper to absorb excess grease.
Add them to Pick Sticks with other foods like cherry tomatoes, basil, cheese and mini gherkins. Or whatever your kids like to eat.
