These mini banana breads are brilliant to batch make for kids' lunchboxes or even for an after school snack.
I used our Square Mini Baking Tin to make them and packed them into our Pick Box Snack.
I love this recipe because:

✅ They are really easy to make with a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 medium egg
- 150ml milk
- 50g melted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 130g self raising flour
- 40g chocolate chips
- spray oil
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
- Add the banana, egg, milk, melted butter and honey to a large bowl and mix well.
- Add the flour and half the chocolate chips and mix again.
- Grease the tin with spray oil or a little melted butter.
- Add the mixture to the tin holes and then top with the remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes in the tin before removing.
These Mini Banana Breads will keep in an airtight tin for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for 2 months. Defrost at room temperature in a couple of hours.
