I know a lot of you guys have kids that prefer meals like this separated but at the same time you also worry about continuing to separate their food and them never learning to eat it mixed. So here’s my solution… a bit of both!
I made a Turkey Bolognese and this is how I served it to Finn. One section plain pasta, one section bolognese sauce and then a third section with both mixed. This really works for us as he always starts on the plain pasta, will have some of the bolognese sauce and will eventually start eating both mixed together.
I added some grated cheese to the middle and also some veggies to the side too. Let me know if you try it this way!
